Shipping

🇬🇧 Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
🇺🇸🇪🇺 International orders can take up to 15 business days.
You will receive an email from our courier when your order is on its way.

🇺🇸🇪🇺 Please note that for international shipments, there may be applicable tax or customs charges. Kindly be aware that you may be required to settle customs fees upon the collection of your package.

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or damaged, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am committed to assisting you in any way possible to resolve the issue promptly.

I make every effort to adhere to customs regulations to facilitate a prompt clearance process. However, during peak seasons, delays may occur, which are regrettably beyond my control.

If a parcel is returned to due to unpaid customs charges, the customer is liable for all associated costs including postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees. These costs will be deducted from any refund due.

I strive to dispatch orders promptly, but at times, factors like timing or peak season may lead to slight delays in shipping. Please be patient as I manage my business solely on my own. Unlike larger enterprises, every order is personally handled, packaged, and shipped by myself. Rest assured, if there are any delays in dispatching your order, I will communicate promptly.

Returns

If, by rare chance, your pottery arrives damaged, please reach out via email and attach photographs of both the broken item and the packaging it arrived in. I will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue you a refund. In some cases, I may request that you return the item in order to process the refund.

Care

Ghel pots are meticulously handcrafted, making them more delicate compared to mass-produced items.

For optimal care, I suggest handwashing your pieces and avoiding microwave use.

However, I personally use my own creations in our home kitchen and have been safely dishwashing them for over three years without incident. Nevertheless, I advise handling them with care to ensure their longevity.

Please note that for items with a quantity option, there may be slight variations in appearance from the pictured item due to the handmade nature of my pots. Each piece is unique, and subtle differences are to be expected. However, for items listed without a quantity option, the product should closely resemble the pictured item.
